v Volunteers stand, water, sell, and deliver trees. Lot managers or directing staff train, direct, and assist volunteers.
v Tree Lot set-up consists of standing awnings, setting up a work station, plus hanging lights and signs.
v Parents in Y-Adventure Guides should speak with their group leader to schedule their shifts. As a rule, each parent should work two 3-hour shifts and arrive 15 minutes before the start of each shift.
v Group Leaders sign-up your group for two shifts or more if able. Then remind your parents of their work shifts a day or two in advance. They should arrive 15 minutes before the start of their shift and they may bring their children. Contact Tim McCoy to sign-up, (562) 596-3394.
